NeoSeva కి ఎంత కట్టాలి?

• Asking for work, seeing prices, booking and cancelling cost you nothing.
• You pay the Seva partner directly for the work. NeoSeva does not collect any payment for the work.

What the work costs

Each Seva partner sets their own price, in one of three ways:

1. One price for the whole job.
2. A rate, such as per acre or per hour.
3. Come and look first: a charge to come and look, then the price of the work.

Where it can be worked out, each price first shows what the whole job will cost you. If you go ahead after a visit, the price you are then given is the whole price: the visit charge is part of it, not on top of it. If you do not go ahead, you pay only the visit charge. The price you booked does not change in the app. A visit, or a rate where you did not know how much, gets its final amount at the end.

What is free

Joining, seeing work, saying no to it and sending prices are free.

NeoSeva's fee

• 5% of what the customer paid, the job's final amount in the app, taken from your balance only when a job is finished.
• Rounded down to the whole rupee.
• Never for looking at work, saying no, or sending a price.
• Never on a cancellation or a no-show. Never at booking, or before the final amount is known.
• Every finished job is charged the same, whether the customer is new or you worked for them before.
• If a job comes to ₹0, there is no fee.

What the fee is taken on:

An example

Subbaiah books a motor repair for ₹800, and the work is done.

• Subbaiah pays the Seva partner ₹800, directly. He pays NeoSeva nothing.
• NeoSeva takes 5% of ₹800 from the Seva partner's balance: ₹40.
• The passbook shows the job with "You earned ₹800", and the fee beside it.

Adding money to your balance

• You add money by UPI through Razorpay, in the UPI app you already use, once your ID check passes.
• You can add from ₹100 to ₹10,000 at a time. The quick amounts are ₹100, ₹500, ₹1,000 మరియు ₹2,000, or you can type your own amount.
• The whole amount you pay is added to your balance, once Razorpay confirms the payment. It has no end date, and it only pays NeoSeva's fee.
• A balance of ₹0 does not stop you taking a job. If a fee takes you below ₹0, you cannot send a new price until your balance is back to ₹0 or more. This does not change jobs already booked.
• Paid money you did not use is paid back to you by UPI when you delete your account. See the cancellation and refund policy.

If the fee changes

The fee is set by NeoSeva and can change. Before it changes, we tell Seva partners. The NeoSeva Partner app shows the fee in use. A job pays the fee that was in use when it was finished.

NeoSeva is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to NeoSeva's fee.
