If you book a Seva partner
₹0Free
- Asking, seeing prices, booking and cancelling are free
- You pay the Seva partner directly for the work

5%Only on finished work
The customer pays you directly. The fee is taken from your balance. You add money to it by UPI.
Whatever the price, you see it before you book.
Each Seva partner sets their own price, in one of three ways:
Where it can be worked out, each price first shows what the whole job will cost you. If you go ahead after a visit, the price you are then given is the whole price: the visit charge is part of it, not on top of it. If you do not go ahead, you pay only the visit charge. The price you booked does not change in the app. A visit, or a rate where you did not know how much, gets its final amount at the end.
Joining, seeing work, saying no to it and sending prices are free.
What the fee is taken on:
| How you priced | The fee is taken on |
|---|---|
| One price | that price |
| A rate | the rate times the amount, as given at booking or entered at the end |
| Come and look first, and the customer goes ahead | your price for the work, which includes the visit charge |
| Come and look first, and the customer does not go ahead | the visit charge |
Subbaiah books a motor repair for ₹800, and the work is done.
The fee is set by NeoSeva and can change. Before it changes, we tell Seva partners. The NeoSeva Partner app shows the fee in use. A job pays the fee that was in use when it was finished.
NeoSeva is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to NeoSeva's fee.
